Apostle Bardwell's Confession
By the authority of the Lord Jesus Christ, the King of Kings and Lord of Lords, and by the mantle of apostolic governance vested in me as His servant, I make this decree over the territory of Savannah, Georgia.
1. Territorial Claim
I decree and declare that Savannah, Georgia belongs to the Lord Jesus Christ.
The earth is the Lord’s, and all its fullness, the world and those who dwell therein." Psalm 24:1 (NKJV)
This land, its people, its systems, and its gates are reclaimed from the dominion of darkness and brought under the government of the Kingdom of God.
2. Breaking of Ancient Strongholds
I command every demonic altar, principality, and throne of iniquity erected in this territory to be torn down and rendered powerless by the blood of Jesus Christ.
“For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds." 2 Corinthians 10:4 (NKJV)
Every spirit of witchcraft, idolatry, racism, poverty, rebellion, and perversion is hereby dethroned and displaced from this region.
3. Establishing Kingdom Order
I decree divine alignment in the heavens and in the earth over Savannah. Let the apostolic and prophetic voices in this region rise in unity and purity. Let righteousness and justice be the foundation of this city’s governance.
“Your kingdom come. Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.” Matthew 6:10 (NKJV)
4. Revival and Reformation
I decree that revival fire shall sweep through Savannah igniting the churches, schools, and streets with the glory of God. Souls shall be harvested, families restored, and the Spirit of Truth shall reign.
“For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea.” Habakkuk 2:14 (NKJV)
5. Kingdom Occupation
I call forth apostolic hubs, kingdom businesses, and righteous leadership to arise and occupy this land. Let every gate: educational, governmental, economic, and cultural be possessed by the sons and daughters of the Kingdom.
“Ask of Me, and I will give You the nations for Your inheritance, and the ends of the earth for Your possession.” Psalm 2:8 (NKJV)
6. Declaration of Ownership
As a servant of the Most High God, I plant the banner of the Cross over Savannah, Georgia.
Let this city be marked as holy ground, a dwelling place for God’s presence and a center of apostolic authority in the Southeast region of the United States.
I seal this decree in the Name of Jesus Christ, by His blood, and by the power of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

Apostle Bardwell's Prayer
Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, the King of kings and Lord of lords I stand in full apostolic authority, claiming Savannah, Georgia as Kingdom territory.
I decree that the blood of Jesus marks this land, and no demonic claim, principality, or witchcraft covenant shall stand.
I declare that Savannah is no longer a city of mixture or compromise, but a city awakened to the call of the Spirit.
Every false altar raised against the will of God is now torn down by apostolic fire.
Every hidden power that has operated in the shadows beit manipulation, racial division, religious pride, and generational bondage is now uncovered and dismantled by the authority of heaven.
I call forth the sound of true apostolic order in Savannah, the establishment of kingdom government in the earth.
Let apostolic and prophetic voices rise with clarity, authority, and unity, breaking the spirit of competition, rebellion, and disunity that has plagued the region.
I boldly declare that this land belongs to the Lord. The rivers, the ports, the streets, the universities, the neighborhoods-all come under divine jurisdiction.
I command every gate of Savannah to open for the King of Glory. Let His glory flood every system including the areas of education, government, media, arts, and business.
I decree that the stronghold of religion is broken and that a new wineskin is being formed for revival.
The voices who have mocked, resisted, or ignored His command shall be silenced, and those who walk in submission to His voice shall ascend in power.
I prophesy NOW that Savannah shall be a hub of apostolic movement and a city of fire and reform.
The heavens are open, and the Spirit of the Lord is establishing His throne here. The blood speaks better things over this territory, and the Kingdom of God shall advance without restraint.
So I seal this decree with heaven’s authority.
Let angels be released to guard, govern, and guide this territory. Let every opposing force be subdued, and let the word of the Lord run swiftly through Savannah, Georgia.
