The Word of God is the Standard

We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God, sufficient for doctrine, reproof, correction, and instruction in righteousness. It is the final authority in all matters of faith and practice.

2 Timothy 3:16-17; Isaiah 40:8

The One True Living God

We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Each is fully God, co-equal and co-eternal.

Matthew 28:19; John 14:16-17; 2 Corinthians 13:14

The Lordship of Jesus Christ

We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God, fully God and fully man, who came to save mankind through His death, burial, and resurrection. He is the head of the Church and the only name by which we are saved.

Philippians 2:9-11; Colossians 1:18; Romans 10:9-10

Salvation Through Jesus Christ

We believe salvation is a gift of God, received through repentance and faith in Jesus Christ, not by works. Salvation brings forgiveness of sins, eternal life, and reconciliation with God.

Ephesians 2:8-9; Acts 16:31; John 3:16

Baptism in the Holy Spirit

We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit, empowering believers for service, witness, and spiritual growth. Speaking in other tongues is the initial evidence of this baptism.

Acts 1:8; Acts 2:4; 1 Corinthians 12:7-10

Water Baptism

We believe in baptism by immersion in the name of Jesus Christ, following repentance, as an outward testimony of an inward transformation.

Acts 2:38; Romans 6:4; Matthew 28:19

Divine Healing

We believe divine healing is provided for in the atonement of Jesus Christ and is available to all believers through prayer and faith.

Isaiah 53:5; James 5:14-15; 1 Peter 2:24

The Church and Apostolic Grace

We believe the Church is the body of Christ, called to be holy and set apart. Apostolic leadership equips the saints to carry out the work of the ministry and to establish the Kingdom of God on the earth.

Ephesians 4:11-13; 1 Corinthians 12:27; Matthew 16:18

Sanctification and Holiness

We believe believers are called to live holy, obedient lives, separated from sin, and empowered by the Holy Spirit to reflect Christ in all things.

1 Peter 1:15-16; Romans 12:1-2; 2 Corinthians 7:1

The Second Coming and Judgment

We believe in the visible, personal return of Jesus Christ, when He will judge the living and the dead. Believers will inherit eternal life; the unrepentant will face eternal separation from God.

Revelation 22:12-13; Matthew 25:31-46; 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17

The Great Commission

We believe in preaching the Gospel, baptizing believers, and teaching them to obey all Christ commanded. We are called to reach the lost, both in our cities and to the nations, fulfilling the mandate of Jesus Christ.

Matthew 28:18-20; Mark 16:15; Acts 1:8
